Hang the stick on an outside wall of your house, garage, garden house, on a tree, a fence, a door or a window casing, exposed to the weather. Mount your weather stick about 6" high to avoid breakage. For best results, give your weatherstick a south or west exposure; it will take 4-8 days to become acclimatized. Stick bends up to foretell fair weather, down for foul.
